Amanda Balzan

Avenue 77 Business Centre Manager

Amanda has extensive experience in real estate and related services. After graduating in International Relations, she joined the family business focused on property development, import & retail and design services. Her involvement was across the various departments in the business.

In 2015, Amanda joined Business Office Services International (BOSI) to set up the Malta based business centre. BOSI is a Luxembourg based company servicing International clients with office space in a number of countries. Her main responsibilities were to launch BOSI and to cover all the sales and marketing aspects of the local business centre. She is now also responsible for customer experience management.

Alongside her role at BOSI, she was appointed in 2020 by Paradocs Real Estate, to manage the Sales and Marketing functions of their latest development in Malta, Avenue 77.

Attilio Suda

Project Manager

Attilio is a qualified Project Manager with projects ranging over various sectors and industries. Attilio spent twelve years with a construction group of companies, prior to moving to PwC. Throughout his twenty years with PwC, Attilio headed internal functions including technology, marketing and communications, and various projects – starting off from full post-merger integration. Projects executed were sponsored both locally and internationally.

Attilio moved on to heading all infrastructural projects that were triggered off by expansion and included departmental re-location, as well as the construction and finishing of the new premises. In recent years, Attilio moved on to a leading property development group to oversee two major projects, one of which was a new shopping mall covering a footprint of around 12,000m².

Attilio joined Avenue 77 in January 2021 as Project Manager.

Raf Augustinus

Managing Director

Raf started his career at PwC in Belgium, where he was an auditor from 1989 until 1998, after which he joined the consulting department until the acquisition by IBM in 2003. Raf then joined Telenet, a Belgian telecom operator. In 2008 he went to Msource, a clinical research company of the TÜV SÜD group. In 2011, Raf joined Alter Domus as group CFO.

Since 2015 he heads the family office of the founders of Alter Domus. In this role, Raf oversees various investments in start up companies but also in other real estate projects such as hotels.
Raf is board member of Paradocs Real Estate, the company developing Avenue 77. He works from his offices in Luxembourg and Malta and resides in Belgium.

Bridget Makachia

Hospitality Specialist

Bridget holds exemplary executive hotel management acumen as well as UNITAR( United Nations Institute for Training and Research) & Forbes Travel Guide leadership skills certification, focused on providing impeccable customer service to both clients and visitors alike.

Prior to joining Avenue 77, Bridget had worked with prestigious hotels in Dubai, Kenya & Maldives, providing services to visiting Heads of State and their entourage and coordinating VIP provisions to speakers, sponsors & key guests at conferences of over 1,000 delegates. Additionally, she worked extensively with guests and families designated as high profile individuals in leading hotels in Malta.

She is Avenue 77’s hospitality specialist responsible for the Welcome Lounge in its entirety.
