All our services are integrated in the Avenue 77 app.
Through the app, you access your office spaces and lifts. You will also be informed of any visitor arrivals, book meeting rooms with extras, receive notifications of your deliveries, connect with all tenants of Avenue 77 and be informed of all concierge services provided and community events being organised.
A highly secure, redundant internet service is included in the rental rate with optional VLAN services. Full connectivity to all occupants is provided: in the meeting rooms, training rooms and throughout the business centre including the retail space located at Market 77.
We offer complete internet telephony services so that employees can be reached on their office number whilst working remotely, in a meeting room or wherever they are travelling.
The technology offered by our mobility partner offers parking as a service.
We take our “Very Good” BREEAM certification seriously.
Avenue 77 is designed to address carbon emission reduction, energy consumption, use of low impacting materials, waste reduction and most importantly focuses on health and wellbeing (light, air quality, temperature and more).
We promote various alternative means of transport. Our mobility partner offers various ‘pay-as-you-use’ packages for e-scooters, car-sharing and e-bikes. Charging points for electric vehicles will also be provided. There is a bus stop next to Avenue77

At Avenue 77, employee wellbeing is paramount. We have focused on ensuring optimal air quality, appropriate lighting, an ergonomic design and much sought after amenities to enhance the wellbeing of tenants and visitors alike.
The Avenue 77 team will build a close-knit community where people can enjoy collaborating whilst at work. The Avenue 77 team welcomes each new tenant and enables a smooth relocation.
They will also organise social events and foster a collaborative environment.
The project connects five blocks of flexible office solutions on four levels. Floors measure from 400m² to 600m². Each floor enjoys open spaces and terraces.
At street level, we cater for restaurants, a café, beauty services, fitness centre … together with other retail outlets.
